My account was cancelled, and it is still being debited.
If you have already cancelled your account and served your 30-day notice period, our apologies! Please call us on 087 803 9800 or email us at care@mastercare.co.za and our friendly consultants will ensure the money is returned to your account. If there were no outstanding monies owed, this will be gladly refunded to you.
When do the debit orders go off?
It is best to set your debit date as your monthly pay day or pension payout date. That way, you’ll make sure there’s no interruption of your cover. At MasterCare we want to ensure your debit is successful, so you are able to claim when “life happens”.
