Our History
MasterCare has a 45-year history in South Africa’s retail, manufacturing, service and repair industry. This includes all repairs on major household appliances, desktops and laptops. We have 7 branches, a national footprint of local agents, agents in Namibia, Botswana, Lesotho and Swaziland. This makes us the service provider for end-users who own a total of 100 000+ units. The services we offer also include manufacturer’s warranty repairs, extended warranty repairs, out of warranty repairs, evaluation of imported products and assessing the parts required for the warranty period.

Teljoy Holdings acquired MasterCare to predominantly manage the Teljoy rental fleet as an in-house service provider.

After re-engineering our centrally located branches in all major cities, we linked them to our National Call Centre, who put our customers in contact with their closest branch, operators, trained technicians and agents.
